About Windoor Marketing
At Windoor Marketing, we specialize in premium system windows and façade solutions for modern buildings. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic HR Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end hiring process (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding).
- Manage payroll activities (maintain records, coordinate with finance, statutory compliances).
- Take care of general HR and administrative tasks.
- Support employee engagement and smooth day-to-day operations.
What We're Looking For
- 1 to 5 years of experience in HR.
- Good understanding of hiring, payroll and admin processes.
- Preferred: Candidates with prior experience in the building material industry (an added advantage).
- Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Compensation
