Job Description

Position Overview:

Join our growing tech team as an HR recruiter focused on IT hiring, responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating recruitment for developers, designers, and technical roles. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and an interest in working in a fast-paced IT environment. Candidates with great communication skills are welcome irrespective of industry background. Complete training will be provided to help you adapt to IT recruitment processes and tools.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT roles including developers, designers, QA, and related positions
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess communication skills, attitude, and role fit
  • Coordinate with technical leads and management for interview scheduling and feedback.
  • Maintain and manage candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, and HR databases
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions as per hiring needs
  • Coordinate offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding processes
  • Support HR operations including employee records, HRIS updates, and data accuracy
  • Assist with performance cycles, appraisals, training coordination, and feedback logistics
  • Support employee engagement activities and internal communication initiatives
  • Manage employee exit formalities and handover documentation
  • Ensure adherence to internal HR policies.
  • Support employer branding initiatives including job post optimization and candidate communication standards
  • Work with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
  • Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and pipeline health

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management principles
  • Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits administration
  • Skills in Personnel Management and employee relationship-building
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute in a dynamic environment
  • Pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
