Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Executive to support HR operations and talent acquisition functions within our NBFC. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience handling recruitment activities and HR operational processes, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management and compliance with organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions across the organization.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds.
  • Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Prepare offer letters and coordinate onboarding activities for new hires.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and generate hiring reports.

HR Operations

  • Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and induction processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
  • Assist in attendance, leave management, and employee data administration.
  • Coordinate employee confirmation, transfer, promotion, and exit formalities.
  • Support payroll inputs by ensuring accurate employee records and attendance data.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements applicable to NBFCs.
  • Employee Engagement & Support
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training programs.
  • Support performance management processes and employee communication initiatives.
  • Help maintain a positive work environment and address employee concerns promptly.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Operations and Recruitment.
  • Experience in the BFSI/NBFC sector will be an advantage.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and HR operations.
  • Familiarity with HRMS and MS Office applications.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Attention to detail and multitasking capability.
  • Basic understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Time-to-fill positions.
  • Recruitment closure rate.
  • Employee onboarding turnaround time.
  • Accuracy of HR records and documentation.
  • Employee query resolution effectiveness.
  • Compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements.
