Job Summary
We are looking for an HR MIS Executive with hands-on experience in both HR MIS reporting and Recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining HR databases, preparing recruitment and HR reports, tracking hiring metrics, coordinating with hiring managers, and supporting end-to-end recruitment activities. The candidate should possess strong analytical skills and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Key Responsibilities
HR MIS
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly HR MIS reports.
Develop and update dashboards for recruitment, onboarding, attendance, attrition, and employee data.
Maintain and validate HR databases to ensure data accuracy.
Generate reports for management and provide actionable insights.
Track key HR metrics such as hiring status, offer acceptance, joining ratio, and attrition.
Prepare recruitment and hiring reports for leadership review.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of all MIS reports.
Recruitment & Hiring
Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Handle offer roll-out, negotiation, documentation, and onboarding coordination.
Maintain candidate records in the ATS and recruitment trackers.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
Required Skills
Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF, Charts, Conditional Formatting).
Experience in creating HR dashboards and MIS reports.
Hands-on experience with recruitment and hiring processes.
Familiarity with ATS and HRMS platforms.
Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
Preferred Experience
2–4 years of experience in HR MIS and Talent Acquisition.
Experience hiring for IT, Non-IT, Sales, Operations, or Corporate roles.
Knowledge of recruitment portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and Apna is preferred.
