HR Generalist:
- Handle end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, induction, and exit processes.
- Manage employee lifecycle activities: attendance, leave, appraisals, promotions, and payroll coordination.
- Support performance management, training, and development initiatives.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with statutory regulations.
- Address employee queries, grievances, and maintain positive employee relations.
Administration:
- Oversee office administration, facilities, and vendor management.
- Manage travel, logistics, and employee welfare activities.
- Support compliance with statutory requirements (Labour Law, PF, ESI, etc.).
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and audits.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 46 years of experience in HR generalist role, preferably in professional services or accounting firms.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, labour laws, and statutory compliance in India.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS, payroll software, and MS Office.
