HR Generalist:

  • Handle end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, induction, and exit processes.
  • Manage employee lifecycle activities: attendance, leave, appraisals, promotions, and payroll coordination.
  • Support performance management, training, and development initiatives.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with statutory regulations.
  • Address employee queries, grievances, and maintain positive employee relations.

Administration:

  • Oversee office administration, facilities, and vendor management.
  • Manage travel, logistics, and employee welfare activities.
  • Support compliance with statutory requirements (Labour Law, PF, ESI, etc.).
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and audits.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 46 years of experience in HR generalist role, preferably in professional services or accounting firms.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, labour laws, and statutory compliance in India.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, payroll software, and MS Office.
