Human Resource Executive (On Third Party Payrolls)
Job Responsibilities: -
Master Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee master data, including new hires, terminations, and monthly headcount updates.
- Generate MIS reports on key HR data points.
Loan Portfolio Management:
- Manage employee loan agreements, including creating and maintaining records.
- Perform monthly reconciliations and prepare loan schedules.
- Update MIS reports related to loans, ensuring adherence to INDAS standards.
Benefits Administration:
- Manage Group Medical Coverage (GMC) data, processing additions and deletions for employees.
Payroll Assistance:
- Process Kids award payments accurately and efficiently.
- Provide ad-hoc support to the payroll team as needed.
Onboarding:
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new employees by raising requests for asset and vendor code creation.
- Create and maintain employee files, ensuring proper filing of mandatory documents according to audit checklists and ELC requirements.
- Manage leave and attendance data for temporary staff.
Required Profile: -
- Commerce graduate with three years of work experience in similar role.
- Proficiency in MS office tools like Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
