Onboarding & Site HR Coordination
- Coordinate with sites to ensure completion of all onboarding formalities.
- Act as the onboarding specialist for site-based teams.
- Audit onboarding entries done by others and ensure accuracy in the system.
Attendance & Leave Management
- Collaborate with Site In-Charge / ATS to ensure accurate and timely attendance reporting.
- Check compliance with leave policies, track absenteeism, and investigate frequent overtime.
- Raise attendance discrepancies and issue warnings to habitual absentees or irregular staff.
- Support the streamlining of the online attendance and leave management system.
HR Operations Support
- Assist in drafting letters such as offer, transfer, relieving, and others as required.
- Regularly update onboarding and exit details on the automated HR software.
- Manage updates on the One-Team portal (e.g., Reporting Manager changes, hierarchy updates).
- Coordinate documentation for new joiners and support the background verification process.
Vendor & Compliance Coordination
- Collaborate with third-party vendors when needed for HR services or data.
- Collect third-party attendance data and assist in the billing process.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of all statutory compliance documents (PF, ESI, PT).
- Mail relevant compliance documents to concerned site/location as per the compliance schedule.
Internal Coordination & Issue Resolution
- Liaise with internal departments for HR issue resolutions within defined TAT.
- Support senior HR personnel in daily operational tasks
