Company Description Teledgers provides blockchain-enabled, stackable solutions that help telecom stakeholders manage and classify their digital communications across textual and voice channels. Teledgers operates at the intersection of telecommunications, mobile marketing, ecommerce, and digital communication, enabling more transparent and secure A2P messaging. The company focuses on using distributed ledger technology (DLT) to enhance accountability, traceability, and trust in unified communication channels.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Gurugram. The Human Resources Executive will handle day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, managing onboarding and exit processes, and supporting payroll and benefits administration in coordination with relevant teams. The role includes developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting performance management, training, and development initiatives. The Human Resources Executive will also address employee relations matters, support conflict resolution, and act as an accessible point of contact for team members across the organization. Collaboration with management on workforce planning, engagement activities, and culture-building initiatives will be a key part of the role.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including familiarity with core HR functions and frameworks.
  • Candidates should possess experience in HR Operations, such as onboarding, documentation, HRIS usage, and coordination of payroll and benefits.
  • Candidates should possess expertise in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, engagement initiatives, and support for employee well-being.
  • Candidates should possess the ability to develop, interpret, and implement HR Policies aligned with local labor laws and organizational standards.
  • Relevant skills in communication, confidentiality, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
  • Experience in technology, telecom, or blockchain-related organizations is beneficial.
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in Gurugram, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
