Job Description

Job Title: HR Executive

Location: Connaught Place, New Delhi

Experience: 1+ Years

Industry: Architectural & Design Outsourcing

Working days : Monday-Friday

Working Hours : 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations and recruitment processes in an outsourcing architectural and design firm. The ideal candidate will play a key role in talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, and ensuring smooth HR operations aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Coordinate with production managers to understand staffing requirements
  • Post job openings on job portals, social media, and professional networks
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for technical and non-technical roles
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and offer rollouts

2. HR Operations

  • Handle employee onboarding and induction processes
  • Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR databases
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
  • Support performance management processes and employee evaluations

3. Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns
  • Assist in organizing engagement activities and initiatives
  • Promote a positive and collaborative work environment

4. Policy Implementation & Compliance

  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies and legal compliance

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • MBA in HR is an added advantage

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of HR operations and recruitment processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools
