Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations and recruitment processes in an outsourcing architectural and design firm. The ideal candidate will play a key role in talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, and ensuring smooth HR operations aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Coordinate with production managers to understand staffing requirements
- Post job openings on job portals, social media, and professional networks
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for technical and non-technical roles
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and offer rollouts
2. HR Operations
- Handle employee onboarding and induction processes
- Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR databases
- Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
- Support performance management processes and employee evaluations
3. Employee Engagement & Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns
- Assist in organizing engagement activities and initiatives
- Promote a positive and collaborative work environment
4. Policy Implementation & Compliance
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies and legal compliance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- MBA in HR is an added advantage
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of HR operations and recruitment processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools
