Job Description: HR – Talent Acquisition Group (Sourcing & Recruitment)

The HR – Talent Acquisition Group professional will be responsible for recruitment with a strong focus on strategic sourcing, candidate engagement, and hiring delivery across defined roles and business units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive proactive sourcing through job portals, social media, referrals, and talent mapping
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline aligned with business requirements
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role expectations and hiring priorities
• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interview processes efficiently
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
• Maintain recruitment metrics, trackers, and compliance documentation
• Support employer branding and recruitment process improvements

Key Skills & Experience:

• Experience in sourcing and hiring across technical roles
• Strong knowledge of job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and recruitment tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices
