About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Talent Relations Executive to help connect trained learners and job seekers with hiring companies. You will work closely with HR professionals, recruiters, and hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and match them with suitable candidates from our learner community.
This role is ideal for fresh graduates who enjoy networking, communication, relationship-building, and helping people advance their careers.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with HRs, recruiters, talent acquisition teams, and hiring managers across various companies.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with hiring partners.
- Understand company hiring needs, job requirements, and skill expectations.
- Learn and assess the skills, certifications, projects, and career aspirations of our trained learners.
- Act as a bridge between employers and candidates to facilitate hiring opportunities.
- Share relevant candidate profiles with recruiters and coordinate interview processes.
- Follow up with companies regarding interviews, feedback, and hiring decisions.
- Maintain a database of recruiter contacts, job openings, and hiring activities.
- Support placement drives, virtual hiring events, and employer engagement initiatives.
- Track hiring metrics and placement outcomes.
Desired Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Confidence in speaking with professionals over phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes (internship exposure is a plus).
- Ability to organize information and maintain records accurately.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, LinkedIn, and CRM tools is an advantage.
Eligibility
- Any Graduate (BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Tech, MBA Freshers, or equivalent).
- 0–1 year of experience.
- Internship experience in HR, recruitment, business development, sales, customer success, or placement coordination is preferred but not mandatory.

Monthly Pay is Rs 8000 in trainee period .
