Job Description

Global Intelligence Catalyst is an enterprise-focused market intelligence and research company helping business leaders make high-confidence strategic decisions through validated data, analyst-driven forecasts, industry research reports, risk intelligence, and custom market briefings.

We are building a professional team across research, operations, sales, technology, and client delivery, and we are looking for an HR Executive who can help us hire, manage, and support the right talent as we grow.

Role Overview

We are looking for a responsible and proactive HR Executive / Talent Acquisition Executive to manage hiring, candidate communication, interview coordination, onboarding, documentation, and basic HR operations.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with candidates, posting jobs, screening profiles, maintaining hiring records, and supporting day-to-day HR activities in a growing company environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Post job openings on LinkedIn, job portals, WhatsApp groups, and other hiring channels.
  • Source and shortlist candidates for roles such as Research Analyst, Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, Content Writer, Data Analyst, and Technology roles.
  • Conduct initial candidate screening calls.
  • Coordinate interviews with founders/managers.
  • Maintain candidate records and hiring trackers.
  • Prepare offer letters, joining documents, and basic HR communication.
  • Support onboarding of new employees and interns.
  • Follow up with candidates and ensure smooth communication.
  • Help maintain HR policies, attendance records, and employee documentation.
  • Support internal team coordination and basic admin work when required.

Required Skills
  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn, job portals, Google Sheets, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Ability to screen candidates professionally.
  • Good follow-up and coordination skills.
  • Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the company.

Preferred Skills
  • Prior experience in recruitment, HR, or internship hiring.
  • Experience hiring for sales, research, content, IT, or business roles.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn hiring and candidate outreach.
  • Ability to prepare basic HR documents and reports.
