Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Administrative Support: Maintain physical and digital employee files, process paperwork, and update internal databases.
- Recruitment Assistance: Post job openings, screen resumes, and coordinate interview schedules.
- Onboarding & Orientation: Prepare new hire packets, coordinate first-day logistics, and assist with orientations.
- Employee Relations: Act as a first point of contact for employee questions regarding policies and benefits.
- Payroll & Benefits Support: Assist with processing payroll, tracking time/attendance, and liaising with vendors for benefits administration.
