Role Description The Human Resources Executive role at Copper Trunk is a full-time,This role is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, leave and attendance tracking, and maintaining HR records. The Human Resources Executive will support the development and implementation of HR policies, ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, and assist in performance management processes. The role involves handling employee relations matters, facilitating conflict resolution, supporting engagement initiatives, and helping build a positive, inclusive work culture. The Human Resources Executive will also coordinate recruitment activities, liaise with external partners when needed, and provide HR support to leadership for workforce planning and organizational development.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support the full employee lifecycle.
  • Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including onboarding, documentation, HR databases, and HRIS tools.
  • Knowledge of HR Policies and basic labor law compliance, with the ability to implement and communicate policies clearly.
  • Experience in Employee Relations, including handling employee queries, concerns, and conflict resolution with professionalism and discretion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and levels.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools; familiarity with HR software is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are a plus.
  • Experience in a design, creative, or boutique studio environment is beneficial but not mandatory.
