Job Description HR Executive / Sr. Executive (BPO / Contact Centre)

Company: VLCC Health Care Ltd.

Location: Gurugram Udyog Vihar

Experience: 24 Years

Industry Preference: BPO / Contact Centre / Service Sector

Role Purpose

To manage end-to-end HR operations for VLCC's high-volume Contact Centre, ensuring seamless bulk hiring, efficient employee lifecycle management, strong engagement initiatives, and adherence to compliance standards in a fast-paced BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Drive bulk hiring for inbound & outbound contact centre roles (voice & non-voice).
  • Source through vendors, consultants, job portals & internal referrals.
  • Conduct HR screening interviews and coordinate final selections.
  • Manage joining documentation, background verification & induction.
  • Ensure structured onboarding experience for new hires.

2. Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Manage attendance, shift rosters, leave records & HRMS updates.
  • Support confirmation processes, transfers & separations.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends.

3. Employee Engagement & Retention

  • Execute engagement initiatives aligned with VLCC culture.
  • Plan R&R activities, performance recognitions & wellness initiatives.
  • Address employee grievances in coordination with operations.

4. Discipline & Policy Compliance

  • Ensure strict adherence to HR policies & code of conduct.
  • Handle warning letters, show-cause notices & disciplinary actions.
  • Maintain documentation for audit readiness.

5. HR Operations & Payroll Support

  • Maintain employee records & statutory documentation.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs, incentives & variable payouts.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws & internal processes.

6. Business Partnering

  • Act as HR SPOC for Contact Centre Operations Managers.
  • Support manpower planning & workforce optimization.
  • Align HR initiatives with business KPIs.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong experience in bulk hiring for BPO / Contact Centre
  • High-volume HR operations exposure (300+ headcount preferred)
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Hands-on experience in HRMS & MS Excel

Preferred Qualification

  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources
  • Experience in BPO / Service industry mandatory
  • Comfortable working in shifts
