This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Indore. The HR Executive will manage daily HR operations, implement HR policies, foster strong employee relations, and ensure compliance with company guidelines. Responsibilities will include recruitment, onboarding, maintaining employee records, overseeing benefits administration, and supporting organizational development initiatives to enhance workplace culture and productivity.

• Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
• Strong skills in Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies
• Comprehensive understanding of Human Resources (HR) practices
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in travel or hospitality industry is a plus
• Familiarity with HR software and tools is preferred
