Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the position of Human Resources Executive, located in Indore. The Human Resources Executive will handle key responsibilities such as managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, fostering positive employee relations, and overseeing day-to-day HR management. The role will involve engaging with teams to ensure alignment with the organization's goals, maintaining compliance with labor regulations, and supporting initiatives that enhance workforce engagement and productivity.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) practices
• Experience in HR Operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and payroll processing
• Knowledge of developing and implementing HR Policies
• Strong capabilities in fostering Employee Relations and conflict resolution
• Understanding of employment laws and labor regulations
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in the media or entertainment industry is a plus
