Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end hiring and onboarding for Agent Hiring / Sales Hiring
- Sourcing candidates through job portals, referrals, field sourcing, networking, and social media
- Conducting and scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Stakeholder management with internal teams and department leads
- Coordinating onboarding activities with the onboarding team & MIS teams
- Maintaining daily MIS reports, hiring trackers, and dashboards
- Ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Kannada Speaking is mandatory
- Experience in bulk hiring or BPO/Sales hiring is preferred
- Strong communication, coordination & negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment
- Basic knowledge of Excel and hiring MIS
