Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Hyderabad. The Human Resources Executive will manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, maintenance of employee records, and payroll-related support in collaboration with finance. The role involves implementing and maintaining HR policies, supporting performance management cycles, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal guidelines. The Human Resources Executive will handle day-to-day employee relations, address queries, support conflict resolution, and contribute to engagement initiatives and culture-building activities. The role will also involve coordinating training programs, assisting with HR analytics and reporting, and working closely with leadership to support organizational growth in a fast-paced legal technology environment.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in core HR functions and processes.
- Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including onboarding, documentation, HRIS updates, and coordination of payroll inputs.
- Proven ability to manage Employee Relations, address grievances professionally, and support a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
- Experience in drafting, implementing, and updating HR Policies aligned with local labor regulations and organizational needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels.
- Proficiency with HR software tools and MS Office; comfort working with data for basic HR reporting and analytics.
- Prior experience in a technology or start-up environment, and familiarity with legal or professional services sectors, is an advantage.
