Role: HR Executive

100% Onsite - Night Shift (6:30PM to 3:30AM)

Location: Madhapur, Durgam Cherevu Road, Hyderabad

(Looking to expand & hire more people in US & Domestic Recruitment Process)

Should be comfortable travelling to office everyday on own vehicle/Rapido/Uber or shift to near walkable distance PGs/Hostel/Flatmates on own.

We are seeking immediate joiners who can start ASAP!

Duties

• Sourcing candidates from Naukri, Linkedin, Shine.

• Scheduling & conducting interview, finalizing candidate for job roles.

• Employee performance evaluation reports.

• Maintaining daily & monthly attendance sheet.

Qualifications

• 2-4 year's experience in hiring candidates via Job portals, Social media, Networking.

• Should have strong experience working with Outlook, MS Office like word and excel.

• Experience working on Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, Shine

• Experience hiring for Domestic and US process.
