Job Title: HR Executive / HR Manager – Hospitality

Industry: Hospitality & Food & Beverage

Location:Ghitorni (corporate office)

Experience: 2–5years in Hospitality HR (preferred)

Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on HR professional with strong experience in hospitality operations. The role focuses on payroll management, operational hiring, staff attendance tracking, and ensuring full compliance with payroll and statutory requirements across outlets.

Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll Management & Processing

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for operational and corporate staff.
  • Coordinate with accounts/finance teams to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
  • Handle payroll components including overtime, incentives, deductions, leaves, and advances.
  • Maintain payroll records and MIS reports.

Operational Hiring

  • Drive end-to-end hiring for operational roles (service staff, kitchen staff, bar, housekeeping, etc.).
  • Coordinate with outlet managers for manpower planning and staffing requirements.
  • Conduct interviews, background checks, and onboarding for new hires.
  • Ensure quick turnaround hiring to meet operational needs.

Attendance & Workforce Management

  • Monitor daily attendance, shift rosters, leaves, and overtime for operational staff.
  • Ensure accurate attendance data is aligned with payroll processing.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

Payroll Compliance & Statutory Requirements

  • Ensure compliance with all payroll-related statutory norms (PF, ESIC, gratuity, minimum wages, etc.).
  • Handle audits, inspections, and compliance documentation as required.
  • Stay updated with labour laws applicable to the hospitality industry.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR operations within the hospitality or F&B sector.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing and labour law compliance.
  • Experience in high-volume operational hiring.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-outlet environment.
  • Proficiency in HRMS, attendance systems, and MS Excel.
