Position: HR Executive & Recruiter
Experience: 2 to 3 Years in Recruitment
Industry Preferred: Edtech, BFSI, Fintech
Location: Thane (Wagle Estate)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for technical and non-technical roles.
2. Source potential candidates through portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
3. Screen applications and conduct preliminary HR interviews to assess candidate fit.
4. Coordinate interviews and gather feedback from hiring managers.
5. Maintain candidate databases and generate hiring reports.
6. Support employer branding, college hiring drives, and outreach initiatives.
7. Assist in onboarding and employee documentation processes.
Key Skills Required:
(a) Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
(b) Experience with sourcing techniques and HR tools.
(c) Understanding of hiring metrics and HR software.
(d) Strong organizational skills and multitasking capabilities.
(e) A proactive and detail-oriented approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant recruitment experience.
- Prior experience in a startup or tech-driven company is an added advantage.
