Key Responsibilities
HR & Recruitment
- Oversee the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding new talent.
- Assist in managing employee performance evaluations and development plans.
- Help in the development and implementation of HR strategies that foster a positive work environment.
- Maintain employee records, ensuring they are accurate and up to date.
Administrative Support & Employee Management
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks related to employees, including organizing schedules, meetings, and events.
- Track employee attendance, leave, and overtime records.
- Assist in maintaining office supplies and manage office-related logistics.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of internal communications, such as memos and announcements.
- Help organize employee benefits programs, performance reviews, and training sessions.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Address employee queries regarding HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
- Support the leadership team in driving initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
- Assist in resolving employee concerns and conflicts in a professional manner.
- Help organize team-building events and employee engagement activities.
Payroll & Benefits
- Support payroll management, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements.
- Administer employee benefits and keep records updated.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, or employee management (agency background preferred).
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, recruitment processes, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proactive, approachable, and solution-oriented attitude.
- Familiarity with HR software, Google Workspace, MS Office, and employee management systems.
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
