Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and people-focused Human Resources professional to manage end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee relations, HR policies, compliance, and performance management while supporting business goals and fostering a compliant workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers).
- Coordinate onboarding, induction, and documentation.
- Maintain candidate and employee records.
HR Operations
- Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Maintain HR MIS, employee files, and reports.
- Ensure smooth exit formalities and offboarding.
Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Promote a positive, compliant, and ethical workplace.
- Resolve conflicts and support grievance handling.
Performance & Engagement
- Assist in performance appraisal cycles.
- Support employee engagement initiatives.
- Help design training and development programs.
Compliance & Policies
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Draft, update, and implement HR policies and SOPs.
- Support audits and background verification processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office / HRMS tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in staffing, IT recruitment, or corporate HR.
- Exposure to payroll and statutory compliance.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
