Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and people-focused Human Resources professional to manage end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee relations, HR policies, compliance, and performance management while supporting business goals and fostering a compliant workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers).
  • Coordinate onboarding, induction, and documentation.
  • Maintain candidate and employee records.

HR Operations

  • Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
  • Maintain HR MIS, employee files, and reports.
  • Ensure smooth exit formalities and offboarding.

Employee Relations

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
  • Promote a positive, compliant, and ethical workplace.
  • Resolve conflicts and support grievance handling.

Performance & Engagement

  • Assist in performance appraisal cycles.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives.
  • Help design training and development programs.

Compliance & Policies

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Draft, update, and implement HR policies and SOPs.
  • Support audits and background verification processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / HRMS tools.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in staffing, IT recruitment, or corporate HR.
  • Exposure to payroll and statutory compliance.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
