This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, based in Gurugram. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for various aspects of HR management, including overseeing HR operations, fostering employee relations, implementing HR policies, and supporting the development and execution of HR strategies. Managing daily HR activities to ensure a cohesive and productive work environment will also be a key responsibility.

• Proficiency in HR Management and Human Resources-related practices
• Experience in handling HR Operations and implementing HR Policies effectively
• Strong knowledge of Employee Relations and the ability to maintain a positive and collaborative workplace
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are an added advantage
