Role Description
This is a full-time Human Resources Executive role located on-site in Jaipur. As an HR Executive, you will oversee and manage HR operations, ensure compliance with HR policies, foster employee relations, and contribute to organizational development goals. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include implementing workforce solutions, handling recruitment processes, managing employee concerns, maintaining records, and supporting initiatives for employee engagement and retention.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in HR Management, HR Operations, and implementing HR strategies
- Proficiency in maintaining Employee Relations and addressing employee concerns
- In-depth knowledge of HR Policies and compliance with relevant standards and regulations
- Comprehensive understanding of various aspects of Human Resources (HR) practices
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in an HR role; experience in the recruitment industry is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
