We are currently a team of 50, expanding our Delhi HQ and activating new offices in Mumbai and Bangalore to build a 100-person national creative ecosystem.
The Mission:
We are seeking an HR professional who has successfully managed a40-50 person agency teamand possesses the proven ability to build the systems required to scale an organization to100+ members. This is aProcess-Firstroleyou are the architect of the infrastructure that allows our creative talent to thrive across four cities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Scaling & National Expansion
- Growth Management:Lead the recruitment and headhunting strategy to double our headcount from 50 to 100+ as we launch Mumbai and Bangalore.
- Multi-City Coordination:Oversee HR operations for the expanded Delhi HQ while stabilizing the Kolkata engine and establishing new regional units.
- Onboarding Excellence:Execute a 14-day Shadow Induction process at Delhi HQ to ground all new hires in the Atraski DNA before regional deployment.
2. SOP Governance & Process Architecture
- Workflow Development:Work directly with the Chairman to develop, implement, and auditStandard Operating Procedures (SOPs)across all business verticals.
- Policy Enforcement:Act as the guardian of the organizational Playbook, ensuring every team memberfromNex Gen(Senior) toNex Rise(Mid-level)adheres to established systems.
- Stability Management:Maintain deep knowledge of HR compliance and policy to ensure stability during rapid growth.
3. HR Operations & greytHR Mastery
- Full Ownership:Total management ofgreytHRensuring 100% accuracy in attendance, documentation, and payroll for a 50+ national team.
- Compliance:Handle all statutory compliance (PF/ESIC/PT) and legal documentation (NDAs, Offer Letters, Employment Contracts).
4. Performance & Office Management
- Leadership Support:Facilitate performance review cycles for the leadership tiers and manage employee relations across all offices.
- Admin & Infrastructure:Oversee the physical expansion of the Delhi HQ and coordinate the setup and facility management of regional hubs.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience:23 years in a Marketing/Creative Agency. You must have handled ateam size of 40-50 peoplein a fast-paced environment.
- Expansion Exposure:Proven track record in a company that has transitioned from a small team to a 100-person multi-city structure.
- Process Skills:Advanced ability to develop HR systems, workflows, and SOPs from the ground up.
- Technical Proficiency:Expert-level knowledge ofgreytHRand Google Workspace.
- Mindset:A Systems-Thinker who values stability, discipline, and professional accountability.
