Position: HR Executive
Reports To: HR Manager

Job Summary:
The HR Executive will assist the HR Manager in executing HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative HR tasks. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations of the HR department and compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various positions.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Manage job postings on career platforms and internal systems.
Onboarding and Employee Orientation:
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize employees with company policies and culture.
HR Operations and Administration:
Maintain and update employee records in HR management systems.
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Employee Engagement and Welfare:
Support employee engagement initiatives and events.
Address basic employee queries regarding HR policies and benefits.
Performance Management:
Assist in the administration of performance appraisal processes.
Track employee performance reviews and ensure timely completion.
Training and Development:
Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.
Identify training needs and recommend suitable programs to the HR Manager.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the financial services industry.
Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
