Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support the daily functions of the Human Resources department. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance management, Audit Management, Factories Act, employee engagement, and maintaining HR records.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
- Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee databases.
- Assist in payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Support employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS data as required.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Coordinate training and development activities.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree / MBA in Human Resources or related field.
Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment.
