HR Activities:
· Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
· End to End Recruitment & Onboarding (Field Recruitment). Source candidates and update our database.
· Capable to handle +300 manpower.
· Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
· Plan to Action for Reducing Absenteeism & Attrition.
· Maintaining, Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies).
· Opening Salary Bank Account & Generating PF & EISC Number.
· Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
· Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes of meeting.
· Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
· Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, tactics, systems and procedures.
· Enhancing employee relations by addressing issues, demands & grievances.
· Nurture a positive work environment.
· Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
· Drive Employee Engagement Activities.
· Assess development & training needs to apply and plan, execute and monitor training programs.
Payroll:
· Leave & Attendance Data 100% accuracy
· Spine Software HRIS & HRMS
· Statutory & Legal compliances.
· Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
· Employment and compliance to regulatory and governmental concerns
· Maintain pay plan, payroll and benefits program.
Admin:
· Overlooking House Keeping contractual Manpower
· Overlooking Security contractual Manpower
· Overlooking Employee Transport Facility
· Overlooking Purchase, Inward & outward of Pantry & HK Material
Required Candidate profile
Female Candidate with Manufacturing or Warehousing Experience.
