Job Description – HR Executive / HR Generalist

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Executive / HR Generalist with 1 to 2 years of experience to manage recruitment and day-to-day HR operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling onboarding, employee coordination, HR documentation, attendance management, and supporting overall HR activities within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
  • Manage employee onboarding and documentation process.
  • Maintain employee records, HR MIS, and database management.
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and employee lifecycle activities.
  • Draft HR letters such as offer letters, appointment letters, increment letters, and warning letters.
  • Coordinate with employees and management for HR-related activities.
  • Assist in payroll input preparation and HR compliance activities.
  • Support employee engagement and internal communication initiatives.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of HR documents and confidentiality.

Required Skills

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of HR operations and recruitment process.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Good coordination and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • MBA / PGDM in HR will be preferred.

Experience

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.
  • Prior experience in financial services or stock broking industry will be an added advantage.
