Professional Summary:

Dedicated HR Executive with experience in the manufacturing sector, handling end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and compliance. Strong understanding of factory HR practices, labor laws, and workforce management, ensuring smooth HR operations and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for shop floor and staff positions.

Handle employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.

Maintain attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.

Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements (ESI, PF, Bonus, etc.).

Address employee grievances and maintain healthy industrial relations.

Support performance management and employee engagement activities.

Maintain HR records, MIS reports, and employee database.

Coordinate with different departments for manpower planning.

Assist in audits and ensure compliance with company policies.
