Job Description

Job Description: Assistant Manager/Manager (CA Firm)

Location: Camp, Pune

Experience: 2–3 Years (CA Firm experience preferred)

Qualification: ACCA/ CA Inter Passed / CA

No. of positions: 5

Eligibility Criteria: ACCA Member

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling day-to-day accounting for multiple clients in Tally & Zoho
  • Managing GST compliances:
    • GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation
    • GST notices, replies & follow-ups
  • Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (Individuals, Firms, Companies)
  • Assisting in Income Tax assessments, scrutiny cases & departmental notices
  • Supporting Statutory Audits, Tax Audits & Internal Audits
  • Preparation of audit working papers & schedules
  • Bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny
  • Coordination with clients for data, documents & compliance requirements
  • Assisting seniors/partners in various professional assignments
Skills & Knowledge Required

  • Practical exposure in CA firm environment
  • Strong understanding of GST, Income Tax & Accounting
  • Hands-on experience with Tally, Zoho & MS Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
  • Good drafting skills for emails, notices & replies
  • Attention to detail and compliance-oriented approach

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Prior experience in a CA firm
  • Exposure to audits and tax compliances
  • Good communication & client-handling skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow in professional practice
