As we continue to scale, we are strengthening our internal operations and are looking for a dedicated HR Executive who can independently manage end to end HR responsibilities and support a dynamic agency environment.
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and people focused HR Executive with 1 to 2 years of experience, preferably within a social media, digital marketing, or creative agency. This role will handle the complete HR lifecycle including recruitment, employee engagement, performance support, HR operations, and compliance. The position plays a key role in building a positive workplace culture and supporting the company's growth.
Salary Range
2.4 LPA to 3.6 LPA, based on experience and skill set
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Onboarding
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, offer coordination, and onboarding
- Hire for agency specific roles such as Social Media Managers, Graphic Designers, Video Editors, Copywriters, and Performance Marketers
- Ensure smooth onboarding and induction for new joiners
Employee Relations
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and HR communication
- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution
Performance Management
- Support the execution of performance appraisal cycles
- Coordinate with managers on goal setting, feedback, performance improvement, and employee development
HR Administration
- Maintain accurate employee records, documentation, and HR trackers with confidentiality
- Manage attendance, leave records, and internal HR processes
- Assist with exits, full and final settlements, and employee documentation
Policy Development and Compliance
- Support drafting, updating, and implementing HR policies and SOPs
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws
- Maintain HR compliance records and support audits if required
Training and Development
- Identify training and development needs relevant to agency roles
- Coordinate internal learning initiatives and support continuous employee development
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year to 2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a social media, digital marketing, or creative agency
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Good understanding of HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and statutory compliance
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR documentation standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast paced environment
Preferred
- Prior experience in a social media or digital marketing agency
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods
