About the Job

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR to support our Recruitment and HR Operations functions. The role is ideal for candidates who are keen to build a strong foundation in talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, and HR administration within a financial services environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment for junior and mid-level roles across functions
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines
  • Source profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
  • Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and manage candidate communication
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
  • Support offer rollout, documentation, and joining formalities

HR Operations & Administration:

  • Support employee onboarding and exit processes (documentation, coordination, system updates)
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and files
  • Assist in attendance, leave, and payroll inputs coordination
  • Support HR compliance documentation and audits
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, leave, and basic payroll issues
  • Assist in HR initiatives such as engagement activities, PMS cycles, and policy communication

Skills Required:

Domain Skills

  • Basic understanding of HR lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, employee records, exits
  • Exposure to recruitment processes and HR operations
  • Understanding of HR policies, basic labor compliance (preferred)
  • Prior experience in financial services / BFSI domain is an added advantage

Technical Skills

  • Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, IIM Jobs, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • Exposure to HRMS tools
  • Ability to maintain MIS, trackers, and HR documentation

Managerial Skills

  • Good coordination and follow-up skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines efficiently
  • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail
