About the Job
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR to support our Recruitment and HR Operations functions. The role is ideal for candidates who are keen to build a strong foundation in talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, and HR administration within a financial services environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment for junior and mid-level roles across functions
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines
- Source profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and manage candidate communication
- Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
- Support offer rollout, documentation, and joining formalities
HR Operations & Administration:
- Support employee onboarding and exit processes (documentation, coordination, system updates)
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and files
- Assist in attendance, leave, and payroll inputs coordination
- Support HR compliance documentation and audits
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, leave, and basic payroll issues
- Assist in HR initiatives such as engagement activities, PMS cycles, and policy communication
Skills Required:
Domain Skills
- Basic understanding of HR lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, employee records, exits
- Exposure to recruitment processes and HR operations
- Understanding of HR policies, basic labor compliance (preferred)
- Prior experience in financial services / BFSI domain is an added advantage
Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, IIM Jobs, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Exposure to HRMS tools
- Ability to maintain MIS, trackers, and HR documentation
Managerial Skills
- Good coordination and follow-up skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines efficiently
- High level of confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail
