Role Overview

We're seeking passionate Recruiters to lead bulk and mass hiring initiatives for Non-

IT. This is a high-visibility, high-impact position that demands energy, speed, and

precision.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions
• Drive high-volume hiring campaigns aligned with business targets
• Collaborate with hiring managers and internal teams
• Source profiles via portals, referrals, and creative channels
• Screen candidates, assess communication and skill fit
• Maintain ATS and dashboards for smooth recruitment ops
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout

What Looking For

• 1.5 to 3 years of experience in bulk hiring / mass recruitment
• Hands-on with non-IT hiring
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
• MBA in HR is a plus
