This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Human Resources Executive. The primary responsibilities include managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, fostering positive employee relations, overseeing HR management practices, and ensuring the seamless functioning of human resource initiatives. The role demands close collaboration with various teams to create a positive and productive workplace environment.

• Strong skills in HR Management and HR Operations
• Ability to build and maintain positive Employee Relations
• Experience in creating and implementing various HR Policies
• Proficiency in core Human Resources (HR) functions and processes
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations
• Proven experience in a similar HR role
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
