Role Overview:
WsCube Tech is looking for a proactive and communication-focused HR Executive who will act as a bridge between students and hiring companies. The role involves coordinating placement activities, aligning inhouse students with relevant job opportunities with different companies, scheduling interviews, managing stakeholder communication, and supporting internal recruitment requirements as well when required.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, coordination, and relationship management skills, along with the ability to engage with students through orientation, discussion, and guidance sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with different segment of companies regarding hiring requirements and placement opportunities.
• Align suitable in-house student profiles with job openings with different companies based on their requirements.
• Schedule and manage interviews, assessments, and selection processes between students and hiring partners.
• Act as the primary point of contact between students and recruiters throughout the hiring journey.
• Ensure timely communication, follow-ups, and interview updates for all stakeholders.
• Maintain placement records, interview trackers, and hiring reports in sheets.
• Support internal recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding when required.
• Coordinate with internal hiring managers for recruitment requirements and interview scheduling.
• Conduct placement orientations, discussion sessions, and student engagement coordinations.
• Guide students regarding interview preparation, professional communication, and placement processes.
• Address student queries and provide ongoing placement-related support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring partners and students.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and follow-up abilities.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and email communication.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Confidence in conducting student interactions, orientations, and group sessions.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and placement processes.
