Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will manage HR operations, develop and implement HR policies, oversee employee relations, and ensure compliance with regulations. The role also involves supporting talent acquisition, onboarding, and providing strategic HR management to enhance organizational performance and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications
Manage end-to-end recruitment for operations, sales, and support roles within the freight forwarding business
Coordinate interviews, shortlist candidates, and ensure timely closures of open positions
Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and induction for new joiners
Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR databases in an organized manner
Manage attendance, leave records, and coordinate payroll inputs with accounts/finance team
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESIC, gratuity, and labour laws
Support preparation and implementation of HR policies and SOPs
Assist in performance management processes including appraisals, KPI tracking, and documentation
Address employee queries, grievances, and maintain a positive work environment
Coordinate training and development initiatives for employees
Manage exit formalities including full & final settlement, exit interviews, and clearance processes
Maintain HR MIS reports and share periodic updates with management
Ensure confidentiality of employee data and HR-related information
Coordinate with different departments (operations, sales, accounts) for smooth HR functioning
