Position Overview
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day human resources operations, ensuring smooth implementation of HR policies, and supporting employee engagement and organizational growth. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance administrative tasks with strategic HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviews, offers).
- Coordinate onboarding programs and ensure smooth induction of new hires.
- Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
- Foster a positive workplace culture and support employee engagement initiatives.
- HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Handle payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0–2years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
