Job Description

The HR Executive will play a key role in managing daily HR operations, driving recruitment efforts, maintaining HR records, and ensuring a positive and compliant workplace. This is an excellent opportunity for a human resources professional who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
  • Support employee training and development initiatives.
  • Address employee queries and provide timely HR-related assistance.
  • Assist in performance management and employee evaluation processes.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and internal standards.
  • Coordinate employee engagement, recognition, and welfare programs.
  • Prepare and manage HR-related documentation, reports, and communications.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or a related field.
  • 3 years experience in a Human Resources department.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
  • Basic understanding of labour laws and HR compliance.
  • HR certification is a plus.
