Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Support employee training and development initiatives.
- Address employee queries and provide timely HR-related assistance.
- Assist in performance management and employee evaluation processes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and internal standards.
- Coordinate employee engagement, recognition, and welfare programs.
- Prepare and manage HR-related documentation, reports, and communications.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or a related field.
- 3 years experience in a Human Resources department.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
- Basic understanding of labour laws and HR compliance.
- HR certification is a plus.
