Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Mumbai. The Human

Resources Executive will oversee day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, managing recruitment and onboarding, and supporting performance management processes. The role includes administering HR policies and procedures, coordinating payroll and benefits-related information with relevant teams, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company guidelines. The individual will handle employee relations matters by addressing queries, supporting conflict resolution, and promoting a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The Human Resources Executive will collaborate with management to support workforce planning, training initiatives and continuous improvement of HR practices.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in a hospitality environment.
  • Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including recruitment, onboarding, documentation and HR information systems.
  • Ability to manage Employee Relations, support engagement initiatives and contribute to a respectful, non-discriminatory workplace.
  • Knowledge of HR Policies, labor regulations and compliance requirements relevant to the Indian market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and levels.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and HR software; strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
  • Prior experience in hospitality industries is a must.
