HR Executive — Rainbow International School, Thane

We're hiring an HR Executive to join our team at Rainbow International School, Thane! If you're passionate about people, recruitment, and building great teams, this could be your next role.

Location: Thane (Thane-based candidates only)

Shift: 9 AM – 6 PM | 6-day work week

Immediate joiners preferred

What you'll do:

• Craft compelling job descriptions and keep them fresh.
• Source top talent across online platforms.
• Write engaging outreach emails to attract passive candidates.
• Screen resumes and applications with a sharp eye for fit.
• Conduct interviews — phone, video, and in-person.
• Promote openings across our careers page, social media, job boards, and internal channels.
• Deliver curated shortlists to hiring managers.
• Extend offers and guide candidates through compensation and benefits queries.
• Track key hiring metrics — time-to-fill, time-to-hire, source of hire.
• Represent us at job fairs and in-house recruitment events.
• Partner with department managers to plan ahead for hiring needs.
• Support new hires through a smooth, welcoming onboarding experience.
