Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Executive from Advertising Agency to oversee the organization's HR functions and support business objectives through effective people management. The role will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR policies, compliance, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and talent development.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Staffing

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage the complete hiring process from job posting to onboarding.
• Coordinate interviews, selection, reference checks, and offer negotiations.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Ensure manpower requirements are aligned with business needs.

2. Employee Relations

• Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
• Promote a positive, respectful, and inclusive workplace culture.
• Handle disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies.
• Support conflict resolution and maintain healthy employee-management relationships.

3. Performance Management

• Implement and manage performance appraisal processes.
• Support managers in setting performance goals and providing feedback.
• Identify performance gaps and coordinate improvement plans.
• Develop initiatives to improve employee productivity and retention.

4. HR Policies & Compliance

• Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
• Coordinate statutory and regulatory HR requirements.

5. Compensation & Benefits

• Coordinate payroll processing with the finance/payroll team.
• Manage employee benefits and leave administration.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and support compensation reviews.
• Ensure accurate and timely HR documentation.

6. Learning & Development

• Identify employee training and development needs.
• Develop and coordinate training programs.
• Support career development and succession planning initiatives.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

7. Employee Engagement & Culture

• Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives.
• Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and recommend improvements.
• Support organizational culture and values initiatives.
• Organize employee welfare and recognition programs.

8. HR Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare regular HR reports and management dashboards.
• Track key HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, absenteeism, recruitment, and retention.
• Use HR data to identify trends and recommend business improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master's degree/MBA in HR is preferred.
• 1-3 years of relevant HR experience in Marketing/Advertising Agency/ Entertainment, preferably with managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment regulations, and employee relations.
• Experience with HRMS/HRIS and payroll systems.
