• End-to-end recruitment and onboarding
• Attendance, payroll inputs, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT)
• Employee records, joining and exit formalities
• Contract labour compliance for sites
Must have: HR experience in real estate / construction company
Compensation: Based on experience + performance incentives
Joining: Immediate / As per availability
