About the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic and organized HR & Admin Executive to oversee the complete employee lifecycle while ensuring the smooth functioning of office administration. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating a positive employee experience, streamlining HR processes, and managing day-to-day administrative operations efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Maintain employee records and update HRMS regularly.
- Process confirmations, promotions, and employee exits.
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
- Draft HR letters, policies, and employee communications.
- Conduct employee engagement activities, celebrations, and wellness initiatives.
- Support performance management and appraisal cycles.
- Address employee concerns and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
- Generate HR reports and maintain recruitment and employee databases.
Administration- Manage daily office operations and ensure workplace readiness.
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, repairs, and service requirements.
- Maintain office inventor and asset records.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure and administrative support.
- Monitor vendor invoices and administrative expenses.
Required Skills- Strong recruitment and HR operations knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment and attendance management.
- Knowledge of HR best practices.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage.
- 2 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR & Admin roles.
