Job Description

Job Title: HR & Admin Executive

Location: Baner, Pune ( on - site)

Experience: 2 Years

Employment Type: Full-time

Working days:  Monday - Friday 

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized HR & Admin Executive to oversee the complete employee lifecycle while ensuring the smooth functioning of office administration. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating a positive employee experience, streamlining HR processes, and managing day-to-day administrative operations efficiently.

Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and update HRMS regularly.
  • Process confirmations, promotions, and employee exits.
  • Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
  • Draft HR letters, policies, and employee communications.
  • Conduct employee engagement activities, celebrations, and wellness initiatives.
  • Support performance management and appraisal cycles.
  • Address employee concerns and maintain healthy employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
  • Generate HR reports and maintain recruitment and employee databases.
Administration
  • Manage daily office operations and ensure workplace readiness.
  • Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, repairs, and service requirements.
  • Maintain office inventor and asset records.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure and administrative support.
  • Monitor vendor invoices and administrative expenses.
Required Skills
  • Strong recruitment and HR operations knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of recruitment and attendance management.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage.
  • 2 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR & Admin roles.
