Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Develop compelling job descriptions and person specifications.
- Source and attract top talent through various channels including social media (LinkedIn).
- Manage the recruitment process from screening applications to interviewing and selecting candidates.
Talent Management:
- Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, retention, performance management, development, and succession planning.
- Identify and address the learning and development needs of the workforce through training programs and initiatives.
- Implement strategies to ensure a continuous supply, development, and retention of top talent.
Employee Relations:
- Manage and engage the hybrid workforce to drive productivity and a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement HR policies on working conditions, performance management, disciplinary procedures, attendance, leave, etc.
- Utilize HR software tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Compliance & Administration:
- Maintain a strong understanding of employment laws, statutory compliances, and the latest HR trends.
- Resolve employee relations issues promptly and effectively.
- Analyze and report on employee data, metrics, and trends to identify areas for improvement and capitalize on new opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar HR role.
- Experience in payroll and managing the entire HR department (preferred).
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR software tools (preferred).
